Our marine fuel dock on Water Front Avenue is open daily, seven days a week. Fuel dock hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Additionally, our Little River, SC fuel dock, and marina are right on the Intracoastal Waterway, so you won’t have to go out of your way for marine fuel when boating in the area. Open seven days a week, you can access our clean and friendly store, which is located at 4458 Water Front Avenue Little River, SC and is open for business daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Socastee, SC 29588 is a Census-designated place west of Myrtle Beach and borders the Intracoastal waterway on its western edge. Socastee is a relatively small town that falls within the Horry County school systems while having an Elementary, Middle, and High school.
Socastee is not a far drive to the beach and is even closer to the Grand Strand Mall and shopping centers around it. Socastee is also only a few minutes from the famous Market Commons. Market commons is an excellent place for people who love to shop, eat at exquisite restaurants, and enjoy the various parks where people can walk or even sign up to play in a specific sporting league!
Every year during April, the community hosts the Socastee Heritage Festival. The event welcomes families, friends, locals, and tourists where they can experience live music, vendors of local businesses selling unique merchandise, and choices to eat from the various food trucks serving their guests.

A swing bridge and two houses make up the Socastee SC’s historic district. The area has both local and national significance, representing the growth of the upper coastal region of South Carolina after the Civil War. The neighborhood contains good examples of the type of architecture that was common in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. On the Samuel Sarvis house’s property, there is also a pecan grove as well as a magnolia and magnolia trees.
The Socastee Heritage Festival was established in 2009 by residents and the community. This event is held every year on Dick Pond Road, and the main goal of the foundation is to raise money for community needs and provide awareness of Socastee’s rich cultural history. Currently, the organization accepts applications for the festival and distributes funds to local organizations and families in need. Socastee Heritage Foundation works to preserve the region’s culture and history for future generations.
Built in late 19th century, the Socastee United Methodist Church. In 1818, a log cabin was built in which the congregation met. The current structure was built in 1875, though it retains elements of the nineteenth century design. The historic district of Socastee SC includes this church. The Socastee United Methodist Church was built by a Conway man named W.T. Goldfinch. It was lit originally by kerosene lanterns. However, in 1925 it was converted to electric lighting thanks to batteries.
Three main structures make up the Socastee SC Historical District: The Thomas B. Cooper House and Thomas B. Cooper Shop, as well as the Samuel S. Sarvis House. The Socastee SC Historic District also features a bridge that crosses the Socastee Intracoastal Waterway. These buildings, which are listed on the National Register as heritage of the town, have been added to the National Register. The historic district also includes the old Peach Tree and the Thomas B. Cooper Store.
Socastee SC’s historic district has many interesting sites that date back hundreds of years. It was home to the Waccamaw tribe, who fished its waters. There are even Native American burial mounds on the barrier island Waties Island. The area was first settled by Europeans in late 17th century. Although the soil was not suitable for farming, the colonists tried. The settlers tried indigo and tobacco, but this was difficult.
